Leeds, Yorkshire United Kingdom (PressExposure) July 04, 2013 -- Easysoft have always listened to their customers, and when they started to receive feedback from the ones that used Salesforce.com, feedback that suggested that they needed additional data access solutions to help them get data they need from the cloud, they set about developing this new product.
Mark Morley (Easysoft Sales Director) explains, "We know that a vast amount of our customers use cloud solutions because they want to improve business performance and cut costs, but they have found that some of these solutions lack flexibility around data access; this stops businesses using the data the way that they want to use it; that's where our ODBC Driver comes in. Through this and our other ODBC Drivers we let businesses gain real time access to their data, which in turn allows them to perform data integration, real time reporting and archiving, and all through their existing ODBC complaint applications like MS Access, MS Excel, OpenOffice, Oracle, SQL Server and Crystal Reports as well as many others etc."
This initial Beta release is available for the Windows (32 bit and 64 bit), Linux and Unix with the OSx version becoming available over the coming weeks.
"We are really excited by this release as we also add functionality to the basic queries that the native Saleforce.com SQL offers." Mark continued.
