Fight Fat with Fat! Clinical Research Links Omega-3 Fish-Oil with Weight Loss and Reduced Cardiovascular Disease Risk When Combined with Aerobic Exercise

Increasing omega-3 fish-oil supplements to three to six capsules daily will yield an increase of one to two grams of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid). A decrease in omega-6 fatty acids entails limiting the use of most salad fressing, mayonnaises, and other soybean oil products which carry the highest concentrations.
