Minneapolis, MN (PressExposure) November 05, 2007 -- The first students to receive their handshake and certificate were Steve and Debbie Turner who had flown in from South Carolina to attend this ground breaking event. Turner said, "I couldn't wait to get here. I've been dabbling in internet marketing for over two years. I've bought e-books, videos, reports, attended conference calls, etc. and have literally spent thousands of dollars to learn how to get a successful online business up and running, but was always going nowhere fast."
Classes began Friday with Steve Renner, who's generated over $65 million dollars in online sales and the founder of the MIT, instructing the class, laid out the foundational principle that you need a millionaire mindset before you can think about internet marketing. It was reported that his motto is, "If you can dream it, you can have it."
Turner was asked what the difference was between everything she'd try to accomplish over the last two years and what she learned from the classes at the MIT. She responded, "Night and day difference! For the serious individual who wants to learn internet marketing, you simply cannot achieve the kind of wealth I want to have by reading a book. You must have a personal coach and mentor sitting side by side with you and for us, Steve Renner is the guy, hands down." Turner continued, "I was able to sit at a table with my computer in front of me. This was a hands-on workshop where I set up my own squeeze pages, blog, and websites. I has taken by the hand and shown the process of taking a customer from the first contact, or ad, through the sales process, all the way to serving and communicating with that customer years later. This was just invaluable information you can't possibly get from a book".
The students had homework each night after brainstorming together and learning how to create headlines and sub-headlines, how to make offers and bonuses to customers, how to create and package products, how to find keywords for their specific niches and then came back the next morning prepared to physically upload their squeeze page to the internet. Turner reported, "We had an up and running business by the time we left. We also learned how to advertise our website with an entire day dedicated to just that."
Turner was asked what the biggest difference this has made for her. She replied, "All the difference. I now understand exactly what to do, how to do it and in what sequence to create a million dollar online business." She flat out said, "If you're still buying books and tapes and so forth, just stop it. Get to MIT and get about your business."
