Makati City, Philippines (PressExposure) July 19, 2009 -- The GSIS Museum of Art and Kuta ng Sining will present Quezon Province's wealth of artistic talent in an art exhibition "SA AMIN MAY SINING" which will run from August 7 to 29, 2009. The venue is the GSIS Museum, Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City.
Quezon, known for the majestic Mt. Banahaw, its warm people and homegrown artists, has produced well-known painters such as Oscar de Zalameda and Jose Romero, whose works are admired both locally and internationally.
From this same root comes a new generation of artists, who have also made names in the art scene. SA AMIN MAY SINING, a collaboration of talents that have sprung from different parts of the province, is a testimony to Quezon's richness in art.
The artists who are participating in this group show are Art Bermido, Ugu Bigyan, Ronald Cortez, Puchette Escaño, Erick Dator, Monnar Baldemor, Buen Calubayan, Maria Abulencia, Norman Ragudo, Jeni Sanchez, Noel Bueza, Mark Salvatus, Efren Nantes, Jowell Gaela, Bianca Marquez, Dan Manuel and Greg Jaballa.
Exhibit opens with cocktails on August 7, 2009 at 6 pm.
