“Athletes in any type of sport realize the pressures that come with competing,” says Kathy Toon of Game-Face Sports. Kathy points out that every athlete, even those competing for fun have the desire to be the best at what they are doing. Kathy identifies the four steps to competing with confidence used by professional athletes; react, recover, get ready and perform the ritual. Knowing how to implement the four steps in any sport will allow the athlete to achieve maximum results.

Kathy Toon of Game-Face Sports explains to athletes the importance of using the “down time” in any sport to their advantage. During the “down time” it is important that the athlete achieve the emotional balance and stable physiology needed for high performance. By maximizing this time athletes have the ability to gain an edge on the competition. Game-Face Sports offers athletes the ability to discover a proven system to tap into their athletic greatness, discover the steps the top athletes use to separate themselves from their competition, discover how to play better when it truly counts, and learn how to utilize their game face.
