"A year ago, we were having trouble creating interest in GreenWay", says Rachel Flint, Marketing. There's significant competition in the townhome category in Des Moines and GreenWay Crossing "wasn't even a blip" on the search term reports for Hubbell Homes' Web site".
While working with Group Two Advertising, Hubbell created a new type of marketing campaign utilizing social media, specifically targeted to young, first-time home buyers. As a result, site traffic went up 36 percent and four sales were credited to the unique marketing program.
