Hanover Personal Trainer Takes Stand Against Heart Disease and Diabetes

Hanover, PA (PressExposure) July 20, 2009 -- Local fitness trainer and owner of Morgan Personal Training, Nick Morgan has teamed up with FOX 43, through their iCan Challenge, to help teach local residents how to cope with and prevent heart disease and diabetes. The iCan Challenge started May 7, 2009 and is continuing to run through August 1, 2009. At the end of this challenge there will be a community celebration with a health and wellness fair.

Morgan Personal Training has been invited to provide two demonstrations that will focus on simple exercises that anyone who suffers from heart disease or diabetes can perform at home. One demonstration will emphasize a safe workout routine for those who are limited with joint or heart problems, but can still perform beginner level exercises. The second demonstration will show a safe workout routine for those individuals that have very little to no limitations and can perform intermediate to advance exercises. Morgan Personal Training will also have a vendor table to field any type of diet and exercise question and to provide support for all participants.

The iCan Challenge community event will be held August 1, 2009 from 10 am till 2pm at Brown's Orchards and Farm Market, 8892 Susquehanna Trail South, Loganville, PA 17342. The event is free to attend and there will be many other demonstrations and vendors providing excellent healthy living advice and support.

Morgan Personal Training knows the impact of heart disease and diabetes. Members of his family have suffered from both medical conditions. His goal is to help educate the community and do his part as a health and fitness expert.
