Hillary Clinton - NOT Lost in Translation, Lost in Rudeness

Akron, Ohio (PressExposure) August 13, 2009 -- The gloves came off and she was not even in the ring. The Secretary of State came out fighting. The problem is, there was no one in the opposing corner. She was fighting an invisible opponent, Bill Clinton. And in doing so, she was just plain rude.

Spin doctors have been spinning non-stop trying to justify, explain, or defend what she said. There is no defense, period.

Hillary Clinton was rude. If she deals with ghosts of Bill Clinton then she needs to do so privately. After all, she married the man, chose to stay married to the man, and approved his hero-like trip to N. Korea. So if she has a problem sharing his spotlight, that truly is her problem. It is not the problem of a college kid in the Congo or even the problem of the translator, who mistranslated. If she hears voices, she needs to keep that to herself. In America, we medicate those who hear voices.

As a Communication Expert, I'm not buying the excuses. Her job and her choice are to visit many countries, sometimes in a short period of time. She is supposed to be helping communication, not creating an international incident.
