Holly G Green Recognized By The World's Leading Chief Executive Organization

San Diego, California (PressExposure) February 23, 2009 -- Being a two-time honoree is no small feat as Vistage International and its global affiliates have more than 14,000 members in 16 countries, including some of the top business executives and speakers in the world. Green's most recent accomplishment, The Fast Track Award, is devoted to the speaker who provided the most presentations in the calendar year while maintaining a 4.5 or higher average score (on a 5 point scale) in both content and delivery. To earn this designation she presented Innovating Every Day more than fifty times during 2008, with an average content score of 4.7 and delivery score of 4.8. As the name of the presentation suggests, Green focuses on simple techniques leaders, managers and organizations can incorporate into everyday thinking to create fresh approaches to addressing opportunities and challenges using existing, often limited, resources. She shares methods and tools Olympic athletes and some of the world's most successful companies use so that leaders and managers can get clear on winning in today's tough environment.

"I work hard to provide real takeaway value - things that leaders can do as soon as they get back to their office to get better, faster, stronger," she said. "I also follow up with members every week for twelve weeks to deepen the learning by providing additional tools and tips-all that can be read in thirty seconds or less. It takes about twelve weeks for a successful adult to form a new habit, so this helps create new thinking approaches in members, which is what my Innovating Every Day presentation is all about. I also try to use examples that are relevant to the participants in the room. I look up individuals and organizations before each presentation to learn a little about their company and industry. This way, I am speaking to them and not at them."

As an author, speaker and consultant with over 20 years of executive level and operations experience in FORTUNE 100, entrepreneurial, and management consulting organizations, Green has a lot of insights to share. She is the author of More Than a Minute: How to be an Effective Leader and Manager in Today's Changing World (CareerPress 2008), and has an extensive background in strategic planning, organization design and development, process improvement, leadership assessment and development. With her variety of experiences coupled with a real passion for helping others be more successful, it is no wonder that her speaking engagements continue to receive such high ratings globally.

"I am very appreciative," Holly G. Green said after learning of her award. "I am certainly humbled and continue to be excited that participants find value in and are applying the information I share."

Chair Operations Advisor at Vistage headquarters, Rachel Bishop, whom works closely with speakers, couldn't say enough complimentary things about Green. "Holly is such a pleasure to work with. She's always pleasant and responsive, with a phenomenal attitude. Holly represents the quality of speakers Vistage has to offer: fresh, new, informative and fun. Given the response we've received from our members and Chairs on her presentations over the past couple of years, the Fast Track Award is befitting of someone of her caliber."
