Atlanta, GA (PressExposure) June 10, 2009 -- Hotlanta Bodies Fitness Boot Camp has expanded its offerings of group fitness training to include corporate groups, schools and churches.
Historically, the company has focused on servicing individual clients looking for a way to get in shape or lose pounds without the expense of a one-on-one personal trainer. The new group offering allows churches, schools and companies of all sizes to offer a fun group fitness program to all ages and fitness levels.
"Obesity and stress are such huge health issues these days," said founder, Benson Manento. "People in Atlanta do want to be fit an healthy. I realized that by coaching church groups, school students, teachers, and faculty, I could teach them new healthier ways to move their bodies and eat for improved overall health. The group fitness program also helps create a closer sense of community, lowered health insurance premiums, and increased self esteem. We're offering a win-win situation for church leaders, school administrators, and corporate managers too."
Manento encourages facilitators to have boot camp participants pay for all, or at least some portion, of the training fees. "They are more 'bought in' and committed to their success if they have paid out of their own pockets," Manento said. "Of course, our group rates make our services very affordable."
Manento holds Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist CSCS, National Association of Sports Medicine NASM-CPT and International Youth Conditioning Association IYCA Certifications.
Finally, Manento said he firmly believes that training in groups is a special environment where people can motivate and challenge one another. When campers follow the exercise and nutrition protocols, they can expect an average loss of two to three pounds of body fat per week.
