Sunnyvale, CA (PressExposure) April 07, 2012 -- Finally, IndiaNIC moved to its new center. This decision was taken by the CEO, Mr. Sandeep Mundra, to bring the workforce together. Mr. Mundra is immensely pleased to see all the departments under one roof. Recently, the company changed its organizational structure, and this facilitated the need to change the workplace. The new center enables better coordination between several departments and hence, leading to better execution of projects.
The new development center has better amenities and posh ambiance. The walls and pillars have captivating wallpapers imprinted with motivating quotes. The office entrance has been adorned with a beautiful indoor floor standing fountain. The employees are extremely satisfied with the new workplace as they find it refreshing. It had been crafted keeping in view every individual's needs and requirements. With such rejuvenating environment, the workforce would surely get a thrust in their work.
However, the center of attention is the recreational facilities that have added extra zing to the spanking new premises of the office. Along with a sports room and gaming zone, the office also has a larger canteen area, well-furnished cabins, discussion rooms, separate workspace for department heads and a rest room for visitors. Besides these amenities, the office also has on-floor projection and a well-equipped server room.
The plans for the new premises were hatched since last year, and they finally took shape under the supervision of the CEO of the company. The inauguration of the new office took place on 27th February, 2012, but the final set up took a few extra days. The final placement of the entire workforce took place on 4th March, 2012.
Mr. Mundra started the company in 1997 with a handful of employees, and today, it has a strong manpower with more than 500 employees. In a span of 15 years, the company has grown consistently, and the new development center is just another witness of this expansion.
