Tansel's interactive coaching style and personal experience has attributed to many success stories including coaching an Australian TV personality to compete and successfully memorise a deck of randomly shuffled cards at the World Memory Championships in London 2012 . Diagnosed with Crohn's Disease at 19, he ended up having major surgery which almost cost him his life. Tansel has also worked in radio as a presenter, played guitar in a metal band and was a finalist in the 2006 Australian Muslim Achievement Awards for role model of the year. He has 12 years' experience in IT and training, and 20+ years in customer service.
