Following Microsoft, Doug Burgum became an investor and later Chairman of the Board of SuccessFactors, a cloud-based leader in business execution software, which was acquired in 2012 by SAP for $3.4 billion.
In addition to serving as the Executive Chairman of the Board of Intelligent InSites, Burgum is the Chairman of the Board and an investor of Atlassian, whose software products help product teams to plan, build, and launch great software. He also serves on the board of Preventice, a leading developer of remote/mobile cardiac monitoring solutions.
"Margaret has been instrumental in the growth and success of Intelligent InSites," said Doug Burgum. "During her tenure as President and CEO, the company has experienced the highest revenue growth in its history."
"It has been rewarding to be part of Intelligent InSites for the past year and a half working with a team dedicated to advancing the vision of healthcare operational intelligence," said Margaret Laub. "I am confident in the company's commitment to provide software and services that will help our healthcare customers transform healthcare with new insight into operational efficiency, improved quality, and enhanced human experience."
The Board of Directors of Intelligent InSites has commenced the executive search for a new president and CEO. Burgum will serve as CEO until the new CEO is on board.
"The value of the solutions delivered by Intelligent InSites and our partners is tremendous, and the market opportunity is rapidly expanding.
