JIM Indores location connects two major industrial regions of Madhya Pradesh, namely Dewas and Pithambur. These two Industrial estates become a good learning lab for carrying out students' projects, assignments and opportunity to continuously interact with entrepreneurs and managers.
Recent reports suggest the setting up of corporate bigwigs such as TCS and Tech Mahindra in Indore, to enable them to encash in on the rich student base within the region. Reports also suggest there is heavy private equity investment happening within the region," Dr. Jain states.
He also adds, "Indore has potential to grow along the lines of Ahmedabad and Pune, and even surpass them. The city, which is the 15th largest in the country, has been called 'Mini Mumbai' and the 'Detroit of India', and we believe the true potential of the city would be realized very soon.
