John Mehrmann Joins 20 Celebrity Authors at the Barnes and Noble Book Fair in Los Angeles

Los Angeles, CA (PressExposure) June 13, 2009 -- The Greater Los Angeles Writer’s Society features select authors for a rare book signing event June 13 and 14 at The Grove in Los Angeles.

Authors will read short selections and autograph a limited number of copies of first edition books. This rare event features award winning authors in several genres.

Saturday June 13 authors feature Joan Monte, author of Mud Blood, and Jack Maeby, author of The Thorazine Mirrorball. Leslie Moore, author of Griffin’s Daughter, Dawn Anderson, author of Dawn Awakens, and Deborah Pratt, author of The Vision Quest Book One: Age of Light will also be present.

Lucy Hall will lead a discussion on Cancer Care: Coaching Yourself or Someone You Love, and Tom Ruck will share his experiences in producing Sacred Ground. All royalties for Sacred Ground are donated to the Freedom Alliance Scholarship Fund for children of fallen soldiers.

Virginia Green will read from Creativity Unwrapped: A Spiritual Path to Making Money Making Art, and Georgina Spelvin will autograph copies of The Devil Made Me Do It.

Sunday June 14 from 3 to 5 PM, meet and greet the popular children’s author Gillian Lee Hutching as she reads from Sparky the Wonderfish: A Story of How Love Creates Magic, and Aaron Mason, author of the award winning book Baffelgagging Blundermagging Brothers.

Award winning author John Mehrmann will autograph copies of The Trusted Advocate: Accelerate Success with Authenticity and Integrity. John Mehrmann is president of Executive Blueprints, Inc, an organization dedicated to the advancement of human capital. John will also answer questions on career guidance, improving resumes, and effectively reentering the job market.

Dianne Sundby will read from You Know You’re an Empty Nester When, and Amy Reiley will delight audiences with sensual cooking tips from Fork Me Spoon Me.

Science fiction takes the stage when Sheila Finch reads from the award winning The Guild of Xenolinguists, and Riley McKesson shares excerpts from The Wiles of Vela Kurv. John Weiskopf will autograph copies of fantasy fiction The Ascendancy.
