Bangalore, India (PressExposure) June 21, 2013 -- A Colourful Alumni meet and graduation ceremony was held at M.V.J College of engineering on the 11th of May, 2013.
Following the modus operandi of previous years, the day began with alumni meet scheduled for the morning session which started at 11 am at the Dr M.V.Jayaraman auditorium. The programme was brief, packed with an energetic presentation by Dr. K.S Badarinarayan, Principal, M V J C E, the alumni sharing their nostalgia and a dance programme to entertain the alumni.
The afternoon session which began at 2 pm was truly colourful as all the graduating students looked stunning, dressed in their graduation apparels and mortar boards. The ceremony started off on an auspicious note with the students doing the invocation dance. The chief guest of the ceremony Dr Sen Gupta ,Prof ,IISC gave a very crisp yet inspiring talk about how to pursue our dreams. The crowd was elated as he bonded with them.Over 30 years we have evolved and perfected a unique approach to knowledge delivery for our engineering and management programmes. We are deeply involved at all levels of the students' academic life to ensure that from the time they step in to the campus they work towards excellence. We emphasise on a curriculum that builds in knowledge gathering as well as higher order thinking skills. With inputs from motivated and quality faculty our students display consistently high academic performance.
This was succeeded by the principal's speech and certificate distribution. The 2008-2012 batch students who had graduated today in the auditorium of M.V.J College of engineering were entertained with a mime performance and were left to rejoice over their new status.
