We are certified through AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) and the American Red Cross infant/adult CPR. Our instructors have been teaching the following types of exercise for over 12 years:

Getting started: A complimentary hour consultation is performed prior to starting your fitness program. As part of your consultation, we will discuss your goals and review your health and fitness levels. Upon understanding your history and workout "likes and dislikes", I can prepare a program to fit your needs and goals.

All exercise equipment will be provided so there is no need to purchase any equipment, however, we can make use of the equipment that you may have and like to use. I will prepare a safe, effective and motivational workout for you, provide fantastic music and will accommodate your schedule and lifestyle. And if the weather is nice, we can meet at a local park or on your grounds and enjoy working out in the fresh air.
