Tulsa, Oklahoma (PressExposure) April 13, 2009 -- Impressions in Stone, LLC recently completed manufacturing custom-made stone for Phase 1 of the Downstream Casino Resort near Joplin, Missouri. The project realized substantial cost savings by substituting this custom-made stone for the specified manufactured stone.
Phase 1 of the Downstream Casino Resort includes a $301 million Las Vegas-style destination resort with one million square feet of building space. The buildings (designed by JCJ Architecture) convey sophistication and style with Native American influences.
Working in conjunction with Green Country Interiors and Manhattan Construction, Impressions in Stone created an excellent match for the specified color scheme using QuickFit stone. Their manufactured stone was installed extensively throughout the interior and exterior of the buildings and around the pool area.
Both the interior and exterior finishes won awards designed to recognize the "Best of the Best" in commercial and industrial construction by Associated Builders and Contractors of Oklahoma members. Other awards include a category in Walls & Ceilings' Annual Excellence in Design Awards won by Green Country Interiors.
Impressions in Stone, LLC is a Tulsa-based company celebrating its 5th year of manufacturing custom-made stone. Clients have included Wal-Marts in Oklahoma and North Carolina, McDonald's Restaurants, churches, banks, retail centers, hospitals, apartment complexes, grocery stores, and hundreds of homes throughout northeastern Oklahoma.
