Los Angeles, California (PressExposure) November 19, 2008 -- Mesriani Law Group, an established leader among Los Angeles law firms, is taking a bold step forward in another arena, by going completely paperless. The transition project has been ongoing for months and has now been completed.
By going paperless, Mesriani Law Group will not only further streamline the efficiency of its already world-class office, but help with the environment as well. By going paperless, Mesriani will use less paper, which is Mesriani Law Group's way of helping conserve precious natural resources.
The change to a paperless office will also allow the attorneys and staff of Mesriani Law Group easier access to documents. With its expansive practice and years of experience, Mesriani Law Group had accumulated hundreds of boxes of case files and documents. With its transition to paperless, the documents are now maintained on the firm's dedicated computer servers allowing easier access, while in court hearings, mediation and depositions.
As documents are sent out or received, they are scanned into our dedicated server database. Mesriani Law Group also maintains a separate back up server to have that extra assurance that its client's files are not compromised.
"We are very excited about our transition to a completely paperless office," said Rodney Mesriani, the founder and Managing Attorney of the firm. "The practice of law is extremely document intensive and taking advantage of all of the benefits that going paperless is a natural progression for our firm as we seek to find new ways to better serve our clients."
