The ownership, management, and quality of service provided by Michigan Message Center will remain unchanged, Gignac added of his Kalamazoo answering service company.
Mr. Gignac said that the name change was necessary because the company has evolved to become more than just a message center. "We provide a plethora of services, including help desk, absentee reporting, lead generation, ad response, and appointment scheduling. In addition, we provide these services on a national scale." Already a nationwide answering service, Answer United believes its new name will send the right message to customers about the company's service offering. The new name will be phased in over the course of 2009 to position the company as a comprehensive, nationwide answering service.
