More Effective Lending Sources for Working Capital and Commercial Loans

Leesburg, OH (PressExposure) July 28, 2009 -- A timely small commercial loans report has been issued by AEX Commercial Financing Group to assist small business owners in finding new lending sources for working capital and small business loans. As noted by AEX, while banks and other commercial lenders have made a sincere effort to provide business loan help, most have ended up making drastic cuts in their business financing activities. There have been numerous reports of banks reducing or canceling business credit lines as well as recalling existing commercial mortgages. In the most notable recent example, a large SBA financing provider has reported significant financial losses and requested funding assistance from the government and current investors. As a result, this business lender is not expected to resume normal lending activities to businesses for an extended period of time.

Although the report published by AEX Commercial Financing Group discusses several new and effective strategies for business financing [], AEX emphasizes that it would not be accurate to suggest that there are business lending sources which will solve the working capital needs for all businesses. According to Stephen Bush, Founder and Chief Executive Officer for AEX, "Unfortunately it has become a routine occurrence for borrowers to be told by their current commercial lender to seek another source for commercial financing — or even worse, the current lender does not properly inform the borrower on a timely basis that business funding is not available. Based on the recent frequency of ineffective business lending, very few business owners are likely to think that there is anything normal about obtaining working capital loans and commercial mortgages from their current business finance sources. Whether they like it or not, small most business owners are currently faced with the daunting task of finding effective new sources of financing for their business."

Business owners are encouraged to discuss their specific situation with AEX Commercial Financing Group. Please contact Stephen Bush at AEX to obtain immediate and candid commercial finance advice regarding new and more effective sources for commercial loans.
