Norfolk, United Kingdom (PressExposure) July 25, 2011 -- Nets 2 Go, an online retailer specialising in curtains, net curtains and blinds, is now offering a new 'made to measure' alteration service on their range of curtains.
Nets 2 Go have always sold standard readymade curtains on their website in three widths (44 inches, 66 inches, and 90 inches) and three standard drops (54 inches, 72 inches, and 90 inches). The problem Nets 2 Go is keen to address is that not all of their customers' windows are these standard sizes. If the curtains are too long they will drape on the floor, and Nets 2 Go recommends they should stop about 1 inch above the carpet to enable easy opening and closing along with a tidier living space.
On their website Nets 2 Go has introduced an alteration service in response to this issue on a range of their curtains, including, for example, the Jazz Black Curtains. Customers can now use the "Made to Measure" link should they have unusual sizes, or alternatively use the standard sizes specified with each product and see if they are in stock.
Ashley Woodyatt, Nets 2 Go Managing Director commented: "We are not simply a shop selling standard products. We have an established workshop with experienced staff, and we thought this service in particular would be an ideal option to add on our website. We have already had some positive feedback from customers and anticipate more in the coming months."
Nets 2 Go's alteration service will now be available on all readymade curtains. For 3 inch pencil pleat curtains this will cost an extra £12 per pair and for eyelet curtains, £15 per pair.
