New Farm, Australia (PressExposure) November 14, 2013 -- Damien Owens, a promising app developer, is about to launch an app '911 Emergency Stain Clean' (ESC) that helps people enormously in their daily life to remove stains in a flash, and using nothing but household items. The app is available on Google Play and iTunes, for users of Apple and Android devices.
The app provides two search areas: one for the name of the stain, and one for the surface that the stain is on. For example, the user can type in 'red wine' to the stain search bar and 'carpet' into the surface search bar and click submit.
The answer for removing the stain appears in a few seconds and there is no need to buy a cleaning product to remove the stain, as all solutions are using everyday, household items.
If the user should have an unknown stain but they do know the name of the surface, they are able to just submit the surface and the app will give them a variety of options for removing the stain. This also works with a known stain and unknown surface. Furthermore, should the user feel that they would like to 'share' this stain solution with their friends and family; there are many options for platforms on which the solution can be shared, like Facebook and via text message.
911 Emergency Stain Clean covers over 100 solutions for stains and spills. The app also has the ability to inform the developer if a stain, surface or solution cannot be found, and this information will be sourced and included in future updates. The stain and surface database is updated regularly to ensure user satisfaction. More information about stain solutions is available.
The premise of designing this app was to provide a better solution to people who are tired of searching the Internet to find simple answers on how to remove stains in their households from dripping red wine on costly carpet to sauce on shirts. "I wanted to create a useful app that could sit on someone's phone or tablet with all the information needed at their fingertips, to combat the stains/messes that people come across regularly in every day life", says 911 ESC app developer Owens.
"The idea came to me after searching the Internet trying to find a solution to remove permanent marker off of my kitchen bench after my son had drawn on it".
911 Emergency Stain Clean is the second app of developer Damien Owens. His first app, Data Dude was released in 2012 as a utility app useful for saving money on data usage, and reducing the extra charges on a consumer's monthly bill.
