New DVD Focuses on How to Give a Full-Body Massage, To Improve Health

London, United Kingdom (PressExposure) July 19, 2009 -- has announced the release of their DVD, entitled "Learn How to Give a Full Body Massage." The DVD is designed to teach viewers how to give massages to various areas of the body, including the neck, back, abdomen, arms, legs, and buttocks. The lessons are arranged to be easy to understand and master, regardless of prior massage-technique experience.

"The need for this DVD is long overdue," says Mike Wiggan "Millions of people suffer from pain, sleeplessness, and stress. These are all conditions that can be greatly improved with massages."

Massages have long been hailed for having health benefits that are far-reaching. This was confirmed in a recent study by the American Psychological Association, where they found that, during June 2008, more people reported physical and emotional symptoms due to stress than they did in 2007 and that nearly half of the adults reported that their stress had increased in the past year.

As people around the world become busier and take on more multi-tasking, they become increasingly over-stressed. Massages are beneficial to those looking to ease pain, alleviate stress, address joint stiffness, and improve their over-all well being. For many people, traveling to have massages done in a spa may not be an option, not least because of the costs associated. The DVD solves this problem, putting quality massage in reach for everyone.

"People don't realize just how much these problems can impact their life," adds Mike Wiggan. "Pain and stress can lead to sleepless nights. Massages are one of the most natural ways to address problems with the body and to alleviate them This DVD is designed to be the solution to such problems."

Their newest video, "Learn How to Give a Full Body Massage," is aimed at helping people learn to give massages which can improve overall health and wellness. To learn more about Skill in Massage.
