San Francisco, California (PressExposure) June 24, 2013 -- The Badger Map is now available for sales reps and sales manager, features include mapping customer locations, route and schedule planning, lead generation, and collaboration with inside sales teams.
The Badger Map uses the map and GPS on smartphones and tablets to display customer locations and route to those locations so sales reps can efficiently plan and adjust their schedules on-the-fly. It also allows sales reps to layer leads from public data sources onto the map to fill in gaps in their day and convert more prospects to paying customers.
The app can either pull customers from an Excel spreadsheet onto the map, or it can connect directly into any CRM system to get real time customer information. Sales teams and sales managers can also assign routes to their sales reps, review travel routes with them, or have inside sales reps set up additional meetings along the travel routes of the outside reps.
"Badger Maps integrates multiple features in order to make the sales person more productive with less work," said Aaron Tolson, co-founder and COO of Badger Maps. "When you think about it, most field sales people spend much more time in their car than they do in front of customers. This technology helps them shift that balance more in their favor. The software helps them decide things like where to go next, how to spend their day, and who else they can sell to along their route that they didn't know about."
The Badger Map is available to use across various devices including desktops, smartphones and tablets.
