Raanana, Hasharon Yisra'el (PressExposure) July 16, 2013 -- U-Boutique.com is a new Israeli Internet site which was created to promote the artistic creations of small Israeli businesses and design studios. The site showcases the handicrafts and original works of over 200 artists, designers, and artisans many of whom are graduates of Israel's top design and art schools.
Among the categories for gift and home articles to be found on the U-Boutique site are: Judaica, art, jewelry, food creations, home and garden, as well as fashions for adults and infants. "We created U-Boutique as a venue to help Israeli artists and small business owners to market and promote their creations overseas," said Nachman Klieman, one of the sites founders. "The original items that U-Boutique offers for sale like designer jewelry, paintings ,and Judaica giftware provides a showcase for the unique works of these talented artists."
The small business owners who are represented on the new Israeli Internet site believe they can offer an ideal gift giving solution to overseas buyers interesting in buying made in Israel products. Among the solutions they offer include imaginative gift options for personal, wedding, and bar and bat mitzvah occasions. They also offer gift solutions for relatives and friends living in Israel such as boutique wine, olive oil, or handmade chocolate packages as well as specially designed cakes.
"The opportunity of entering a designers shop and learning of her/his background while studying each handcrafted product helps make for a rewarding shopping experience. We personally interview every shop owner on the site to ensure they are capable of providing personalized service and shipping their orders to overseas buyers promptly," added Klieman.
U-Boutique.com is the creation of Gavriel Klieman, z"l, an American and Israeli citizen, who dreamt of the possibility of making shopping from Israel a fun experience. The U-Boutique site was developed by his family in fulfillment of that dream.
