Although, the company has existence for last more than four years, but on this day last year OM Software got acclamation as a private limited company. So, the day was celebrated with great pride and enthusiasm.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Raj Kamal (MD/CEO) of OM Software said, "This day holds immense value for the Organization and all employees associated with OM Software. We are very delighted on our achievements during last one year. We have achieved unexpected growth in this short span and the credit goes to none other than our all dedicated employees. The anniversary day also witnessed announcements of several future promises. In his address speech Mr. Raj Kamal said, "We are looking forward to become a prominent name, not only in quality service delivery but also into product development segments. We are also planning to get NASSCOM membership and open new development centers in different parts of our country." He further said, "In order to achieve all the above set targets we need more workforce and we will not hesitate in recruiting new talent for that. We also need to multiply our current growth rate, which is possible only with hard-work and determination to excel in all business segments"
The anniversary was celebrated with lots of laughter followed by felicitation ceremony for outstanding performers in various technical and management segments. When asked about their experience of working in OM Software, all employees shared their views in unison that they are feeling pride in being a part of OM Software family and looking forward to a long term professional commitment with the organization.
