Williamsburg, Virgina (PressExposure) April 22, 2009 -- The Sales and Marketing Council of the Peninsula Housing and Builders Association (PHBA) recently presented Lennar's Patti Parsley with the Gold Hammer Award.
The Gold Hammer Award was given to sales associates who closed at least six million dollars in new homes sales volume in 2008.
"We are very proud of Patti," said Brenda Sharp, director of sales and marketing for Lennar's Virginia division. " In a very challenging year for the building industry, Patti closed 22 homes, totaling more than $8.5 million dollars. This award is a true testament to her dedication and hard work," Sharp said.
This is the fourth consecutive year that Parsley has received top honors from the PHBA. In 2005, 2006 and 2007 she received the Diamond Stud Award, the highest award given by the council for closing more than $12 million dollars in new homes sales.
Parsley is a New Home Consultant at Lennar's active adult community, Colonial Heritage in Williamsburg, Virginia.
Parsley has worked in the real estate industry since 1998 and joined Lennar in 2004.
