These 45 minute sessions will burn LOTS of fat (and keep it burning all day long!), improve your strength and flexibility and give you the sense of well being and 'joie de vivre' that only exercising with like-minded people in the great outdoors can give.
You get expert training from a real Personal Trainer (me!), but by sharing me with the rest of the group it is a lot more affordable than the one-to-one option.
Don't be put off by the word 'bootcamp' either! I was in the army once, but I'm no drill sergeant - if that's what you're after then join the army yourself...
My bootcamp sessions employ a different approach: you won't need orders or whistle blowing to have a great workout and have a great time in the process! I respect each individual's fitness level and will push you just as much as you need to be pushed to get results - and amaze yourself with what you can achieve! But I do this in a way that will empower you - you will feel fit and strong and fantastic!
The workouts are designed so that you can workout alongside someone of a completely different fitness level and you will both get the perfect workout. If you are super fit, I will keep you pushed to the max, but if you are a beginner, I will make sure you progress safely and gradually.
Hour upon hour of low intensity workouts such as jogging, various aerobic classes and spin cycling is nothing short of POINTLESS when it comes to fat loss!
In one study I have come across, it showed that low intensity workouts done on a daily basis for 12 weeks showed no effect on body composition (body fat levels) over dieting alone!
Confused? I was until I ready the study further, then reviewed other studies that confirmed these facts, and then more studies that showed that there is a much, much more effective method for reducing body fat levels!
