Philadelphia, PA (PressExposure) February 09, 2011 -- After going to the Philadelphia auto show last week, I must say that it put a smile on my face. There were so many cars to choose from and they are all worth purchasing. And, as this car show event was the 1st I've been to in life, I certainly look forward to going to another one in Philly next year!
Upon arriving at the Philly convention center in center city Philadelphia, there were so many automakers to choose from viewing. In different showrooms, there were auto makers from Lexus, Mercedes, Toyota, Kia, Chevrolet, Volkswagen, Chrysler, Mopar, Dodge, Fiat, BMW, Nissan, and so many more. One thing I truly liked about the auto show in particular is at some auto makers has a virtual car arcade simulator you could sit at with a virtual steering wheel. And, you felt like you were driving a real car, as the steering wheel was able to turn, and you were stopping and going, with the gas pedal and brakes. It was so cool!
Volkswagen has a really cool new Jetta that is out for 2011. It comes with all the bells and whistles, which includes leather seats, sunroof, a 5 speed manual transmission, 4 doors and is very reasonable priced. If you're looking to spend money on a new car and on a financing budget, a VW or "V-dub" (nickname) would be a good choice to make, in purchasing a new vehicle to get to work or around town in.
Among other cars and truck included the new Nissan Maxima, which is loaded with a full-leather interior, and a steering wheel that allows you to change radio stations, turn music up and down, and so much more. The new Maxima feels very nice to sit in, and comes with sunroof, power front end suspension, and is very fast, although I didn't test drive it. The new Nissan Pathfinder truck is also good, which is priced around in the forty two thousand dollar range, and comes with leather interior also.
The auto show really opened my eyes to the wonderful world of cars and trucks. And, some auto makers have special discounts, if you buy a car or truck from them on the spot at the auto show. I think I'll be back in Philadelphia next year to see more awesome cars and trucks!
