New Delhi, India (PressExposure) July 14, 2011 -- Nickk the multi-talented singer and music composer is all set to go live on Indian television this July. Beatfactory Music, the Delhi based music production and sound recording company, is bringing this fresh talent in India. Nickk, will go live on 17th July on MTV, Channel V, UTV Bindaass, 9XM. He is planning to come up with a five song album by August first week.
Born on 5th February in New Delhi, Nickk completed his schooling from Birla Vidya Niketan and went on to graduate from Hindu College, Delhi University. His grand-uncle Pandit Pran Nath was, and continues to remain, one of the most esteemed Classical singers of his era. Nickk has been trained in both Indian classical and Western vocal music and draws his major musical influences from the 70s and 80s rock and pop Western music.
Nickk has a flair for composing as well as writing music and lyrics. His album features a beautiful ballad that he composed and wrote himself. He is also a music composer, arranger, producer and also proficient in sound recording.
His musical influences are voracious and span decades and legends. From Md. Rafi to Freddie Mercury, Celine Dion, Asha Bhosle, Metallica, Iron Maiden, Quincy Jones, Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, Queen, Maroon 5, Rd Burman, Shankar Jaikishan, Dream Theater, Laxminkant Pyarelal, Michael Buble, Yanni, David Foster, the list is truly endless.
Nickk has a mature taste in music, stemming from an innate and in-depth understanding of music. Vocally he is gifted with great control and renders very high as well as low notes with enviable ease. Over the years he has developed his own technique and tricks for vocal practice and grooming.
