Productivity Expert Cynthia Marsh-Croll Going "Lean" Specializing in State-Of-The-Art Lean Office Strategy

Productivity expert Cynthia Marsh-Croll, founder and president of Croll Organizing, LLC of Westtown, New York has tailored her success skills and strategies in the direction of the “lean office” approach. Last month, she was awarded Lean Office Certification by the University of Michigan College of Engineering. Ms. Croll completed the coursework and was deemed eligible to implement and transform traditional business operations to lean.

Lean Office is a strategic business approach to improving the administration functions associated with running a business. Lean provides improvement solutions for over looking administrative process that have an impact on every system, process, employee and customer.

Ms. Croll will be presenting a unique seminar through the Orange County Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday, December 15, 2009 is , “Increase Your Profitability by Improving Productivity”. The program will be held at the Orange County Chamber of Commerce Larkin Community Room, 30 Scott’s Corners Drive, Montgomery. According to Ms. Croll, “Participants will learn how to streamline their office procedures so staff can spend more time producing. They will discover proven tools to reduce costs, increase capacity, and gain faster cash flow.”The program runs from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
