RSS Celebrating Centenary Birth Anniversary Of Guruji

New Delhi, Delhi India (PressExposure) November 19, 2006 -- The country is observing third time a nationwide movement sponsored by Rashtriya Swayamseval Sangh (RSS). In 1989 through 'Dr. Hedgewar (founder of RSS) birth anniversary', the RSS indulged itself in a mass movement and contacts. Second time, in 1998 the RSS launched its mass movement under 'Jan Sampark Abhiyan'. Those were the days of contacts and observance of devotee and self esteemed 'Swayamsevaks' mingling with the society. This time under the banner of 'Sri Guruji Janam Satabdi Samaroh Samiti', the RSS had shown its meticulously constructed society in small-small 'get together' programs. In Delhi, these festive rendezvouses are being organized at 150 different places between 1Nov-26Nov. Today in Pushp Vihar (Saket District of South Delhi), a vociferously successful program was organized which witnessed the transition of almost 12000 people at one place. On the brighter side of the festive occasion, there were around 10 different programs available to attract the mass whereas on the darker side people felt regret for not having the chance to reload this reel.

The 100th birth anniversary of Sri Madhav Rao Sadashiv Golwalkar (the second Sar Sanghchalak of RSS) was marked by the pious 'Kalash Yatra' and 'Gayatri Yagna' from 0930Hrs to 1230 Hrs. In this Pious Yatra around 500 females participated making the event unprecedented which reiterated the RSS commitment towards female empowerment in deeds. Meanwhile, the food stuffs were also available to retain the mass for the sports contests, free health check ups, cultural programs and the felicitation of senior citizens of the locality.

The honorable guests of this memorable event started to arrive on around 2.40 pm. The BJP MP, Vinay Katiya, Acharya Dharmanad ji (Vishwa Hindu Parishad), Swami Sumananand Ji (Haridwar) and Kedarnath Sahni (Ex governor Goa) were among the honorable guests to address the self motivated mass.

Hot and vociferous, Vinay Katiyar, addressed the mass touching the topics from terrorism, population dialectics of Hindu-Muslim headcounts, issue of vande matram to the gallop of Afzal Guru. He took transactional opposition to all the political parties and criticized heavily esp. Farooq Abdullah on this matter. In his baritonal voice, he appealed for the collective effort to build India as Nation not a State. After that Acharya Dharmendra came out with his "Om" chanting and appealed the mass to view 'India as mother'. He stressed the essence of 'Vasudhaiv Kutumbakam' and pointed out the muslims and the anti national forces as main hurdle to this universal philosophy. He declared Cristenity, Islam, Communism, Secularism and Anglicism as five foes of India. Later on Swami Sumananand ji and Kedarnath Sahni asserted the essence of the two speakers with their addresses to the mass.

Overall, the event demarcated a thin line between the main flow of the country and the subsidiaries.
