Russian Agricultural Division Announces Acquisition of Bolsheuluiskoe Ltd.

Barnaul, Russian Federation (PressExposure) September 30, 2008 -- Recently, Russian Agricultural Division (subsidiary of OJSC PAVA) enlarged its structure by adding another arable unit situated in the Krasnoyarsk Territory - Bolsheuluiskoe Ltd. In total, this unit comprises 10, 652,3 hectares of land.

RAD conducts the policy of acquiring arable units relying on a number of basic principles. Among them are proximity of lands to the production facilities and the lands which are already under RAD's control, high quality and fertility of soils, favorable climatic conditions, competitive prices for land assets.

The company plans cultivation of soils based on proper scientific approach. It implies, in particular, crop rotation scheme and use of fertilizers as well as chemicals. Besides, RAD is engaged in purchasing up-to-date machinery, such as tractors "New Holland" and powerful tillage complex by famous Canadian manufacturer "John Deere".
