Shanette Carpenter, M.Ed. is helping students launch their own nonprofit organization at Hunter College. Learn the pros and cons of management, programming, marketing, promotions, advertising, grant writing, corporate sponsorship proposals, donations and obtaining 501(c) 3 tax exemption. Students will also learn how to create proposals to receive in-kind donations and corporate sponsorships. Class begins this Thursday, July 12, 2012 at 6:00pm at 71 E 94 ST.
