The set up fee is $1000 and another $300 is required annually for the maintenance of the SSL certificate and the IP address.
If you want to partner with Shoebooks instead of being an associate, the partner license is available and is offered free of charge. The partner license allows the partner to sell the software and receive a share on any software subscription sales.
