Snoop Dogg Partners With Phoenix AYF for Charity Event

Scottsdale, AZ (PressExposure) December 13, 2013 -- The Snoop Dogg All-Stars, a youth football team from California coached by Snoop Dogg, will compete against local Phoenix AYF football players in the "Jingle Bowl". The game will be held Saturday December 21, 2013.

The Snoop Dogg All-Stars ( are made up of kids who participate in the Snoop Youth Football League, a football league funded by Snoop Dogg and comprised of over 3,000 kids in the Greater Los Angeles area. Snoop Dogg founded the league in 2005 in order to provide at-risk youth an affordable way to play football. Kids who participate must maintain strict academic requirements to remain eligible. Coach Snoop even provides insurance to each participant free of cost.

Multi-platinum rapper Snoop Dogg's latest album, "Reincarnated", under his new moniker, Snoop Lion said in a previous statement. "It is about so much more than the game, the Snoop Youth Football League gives kids hope and meaning outside of just the sport."

The Phoenix AYF All-Stars are made up of kids who participate in the nonprofit youth football league that has over 100 teams and comprised of over 3,000 kids in the Greater Phoenix area. Phoenix AYF's mission is to provide a football and cheer program that encourages good sportsmanship, teamwork, and the highest moral and academic standards. Both Leagues share the same values to teach our children life lessons through the great sports of football and cheer

The inaugural "Jingle Bowl", hosted by Phoenix AYF will combine this community give back event with an annual food drive to benefit Arizona families for this holiday season in partnership with Feeding America.

The game location is Chaparral High School 6935 E Gold Dust Ave, Scottsdale, AZ 85253. First game starts at 3:00 PM. ASU players will be in attendance. Phoenix AYF alumni and local rapper, JC aka Triple Threat and the Phoenix AYF Jingle Bowl Cheerleaders will be performing at halftime.
