St George Real Estate Statistics for March 19 2011

St George, UT (PressExposure) March 22, 2011 -- St George Utah is full of some amazing real estate. Two communities that are hot right now are Sun River (for 55+ active adults) and the master planned community of Coral Canyon. Sales seem to be mirroring the warming temperatures... they're on the upward trend and they don't show much of a chance of slowing down either.

As of 3/19/2011, Sun River had 68 homes for sale while Coral Canyon had 42 homes currently for sale. Sun River available homes range in price from $150,000 to $1,290,000. Coral Canyon homes range in price from $125,000 to $899,000. Only one of Sun River's homes is bank owned. Four of Coral Canyon's current listings are bank owned and 19 were short sales. Coral Canyon doesn't currently have any short sales listed.

Sun River has eight homes in escrow, with eight having been sold since the beginning of February. Coral Canyon currently has 14 homes under escrow and also shows eght homes having been sold since the beginning of February.

Sun River continues to be extremely affordable. Of the 42 homes currently listed for sale, 33 of them are priced below $250,0000. Coral Canyon also has affordable homes available under the $250,000 mark. With the lowest HOA fees in St George and its location close to shopping, entertainment and fishing, Coral Canyon real estate gets even more attractive.

Both Sun River and Coral Canyon offer the avid golfer the opportunity to enjoy their sport surrounded by St George's natural beauty. Other amenities that residents of both communities get to enjoy are tennis, hiking and biking trails, fitness centers and plenty of social activities to keep active citizens busy.
