London, United Kingdom (PressExposure) August 07, 2009 -- Swords Pavilions is installing 6 units on Wednesday 4th August as an added service for shoppers. SaniPost, owned by Nettoyer Media, is a free public service that offers shoppers the opportunity to 'wash' their hands using a quick drying, alcohol free foam which is dispensed via a sensor-operated device. The foam, supplied by No Germs, kills 99.9% of germs, is safe for all to use (including children) and, with no need for water or drying facilities, is environmentally friendly.
Ian Hunter, Centre Director from Swords Pavilions Shopping Centre said, "We are delighted to link up with Nettoyer Media. By installing the SaniPost units we're adding to the overall shopping experience and, we wanted to take the lead on this, with customers increasingly asking about additional facilities."
The SaniPost units also offer a unique advertising opportunity to brands through its 3 panels, with No Germs making full use of this by securing all advertising space on the units for the first month. Nettoyer Media are currently in talks with a range of brands interested in taking the space after this time. The exposure for brands offered by the units is high at Swords Pavilions Shopping Centre, where there is an average footfall of 200,000 people per week. With little advertising space offered in shopping centres, SaniPost advertising is a great new way of connecting with consumers.
Warren Edmondson, MD of Nettoyer Media, said "Our aim was always to spread our portfolio across the UK and we have been busy installing units in a range of locations throughout England and Scotland. We're now delighted to add Swords Pavilions to our list as the first Irish location and will be looking to install the units in a range of locations across Ireland."
