Feldenkrais is a systematic method to improve human movement and general functioning. Using gentle movements, posture, flexibility, strength and coordination are reorganized to the ideal. More efficient use of self creates environments within which chronic pain can heal. Intelligent, effective actions feel good, allowing one to optimize mobility, and enhance the enjoyment of everyday activities. Feldenkrais is simple and the results are remarkable. It is a novel approach to pain relief and disability without drugs, surgery, or injection.
