Joshua Tree, California (PressExposure) December 09, 2009 -- Mojave Desert Land Trust Announces: Tax-deductible Holiday Gifts that will save the Quail Mountain Wilderness!

Mojave Desert Land Trust announces their holiday campaign to adopt Quail Mountain Land and/or Animals this holiday season! For each tax-deductible gift, the donor or their loved ones will receive an ‘Adoption Certificate’ and a one-year membership in the Mojave Desert Land Trust, a non-profit public charity. Donors can gift an animal or an acre to your friends and family this holiday season and know that they have preserved irreplaceable resources for future generations to enjoy.

You can adopt land and/or animals online through our website: and click on the ‘Holiday Link’ or call 760-366-5440. The Land Trust will either mail or email to you or your loved one, as you request, an adoption certificate for the holidays, along with a thank-you letter stating that this gift was from you and includes a one-year membership in the Land Trust.

Donations for the adoptions directly support the Quail Mountain campaign to acquire 955 acres in Joshua Tree, CA. Mojave Desert Land Trust is working to protect this critical wildlife corridor that hosts a diverse population of wildlife: bighorn sheep, bobcat, desert tortoise, coyote, and dozens of bird species to name a few. Protecting this natural area will permanently conserve the habitat, wildlife and critical watersheds that ensure the survival of a healthy and beautiful desert ecosystem.
