This year IBM Pulse focused on "Optimization of the World's infrastructure". The workshop demonstrated how transitioning to smarter and more flexible delivery models can support rapid growth in data and compliance requirements and how the Trianz Turnkey ITSM Execution Model executed seamlessly throughout the project to enable SunTrust achieve its business initiatives.
