Two New Models of the PRO-HEAD Trainer Help Golfers Maintain Their Spine Angles and Keep Their Heads Back Through Impact

Toms River, NJ (PressExposure) May 12, 2009 -- FBGI was founded in 2008 by President Bob Doyle, who invented the PRO-HEAD Trainer. Doyle struggled with golf most of his life, carrying a handicap of around 18. A student of the game and avid reader, Doyle found that there were two irrefutable aspects of the swing, namely: maintaining one's spine angle and keeping one's head back and behind the ball through impact.

He also read that Golf Professional Jack Grout taught young Jack Nicklaus to keep his head back and behind the ball by extending his arm and holding Nicklaus by his hair to keep his head steady and behind the ball. The PRO-HEAD Trainer utilizes this same instructional technique. By training with his invention, Doyle finally broke 80 at age 65 and has done it several times since. He reduced his handicap by 8.

The Standard and Deluxe PRO-HEAD Trainers are free standing models which are best used outdoors where there is ample space above and behind so that the golfer can take a full swing with a driver. Real or plastic golf balls can be used. A nylon net is required to catch real balls in a back yard. These two models can be easily broken down and transported to a golf driving range or open field.

The Wall/Tree Mount model is permanently attached to a wall or a tree with two screws. Again, there must be ample space for the golfer to take a full swing with a driver. All models use the same arm with the self-adjusting retaining cap.

Jake Zastko, PGA Professional and former NJ State Champion said: "PRO-HEAD will help all golfers keep their head steady and not come off the ball prior to impact. This is one of the essential reasons for using this training aid."
