Understanding Private And Public Sector Thinking In Times Of Change

London, United Kingdom (PressExposure) June 24, 2011 -- On 18th July 2011 in London, a conference featuring speakers from around the world, including PCC founder and lead culture change architect David Bovis, will bring to life the detail behind positive change based on the deeper issues behind "Sustainable Organisational Improvement" (SOI).

These world-renowned business leaders will share their experience, studies and success stories from the NHS and Corporate life. This day is designed to appeal to both private and public sector leaders faced with requirements to change their operating models to survive.

Speakers including Channel 4's 'Secret Millionaire' Margaret Heffernan and representatives from GlaxoSmithKline and Google amongst others, will showcase how company environments, operational tools, business strategies and techniques combine to form a culture which can inhibit performance or generate sustainable, continuous and lasting improvements.
