Oceanside, NY (PressExposure) October 26, 2012 -- Perhaps known best for his role as Lester on NBC's "Chuck," Vik Sahay can now add guest columnist to his talent portfolio, Vik Sahay is lending his voice to TheCelebrityCafe.
Born in Ottawa, Canada, Vik Sahay took up theater at the Concordia University in Montreal. He got his first break in the Canadian sketch show "You Can't Do That on Television" in 1986.
In a recent interview Vik described himself as "Restless, joyful, curious." Famous for his five-year comedic portrayal of Lester on NBC's "Chuck," Vik describes those years of work and how it affected his life:
"It was epic. And spanned a huge chapter of my life. It taught me so much and gave me the longest run of my career so far. 'Chuck' exorcised a very intense, edgy part of my spirit...for a while."
Vik has gone on to achieve mountains of success, starring in American Reunion - alongside Sean William Scott - as well as the Calgary International Film Festival's award-winning sex romp, "My Awkward Sexual Adventure."
Now the star is taking his talents to the stage, as he snagged a leading role in the theatrical production of William Brent Bell's film, "WER." Both are set for release in 2013.
Sahay is also working on his return to television, as he shoots a leading role in a pilot for CTV's "Satisfaction" and a guest starring role on Fox's hit drama, "Bones."
