Reading, United Kingdom (PressExposure) August 02, 2011 -- The new online voucher code service, @YumGo, which has already been going from strength to strength, has now added another service - on this occasion, for sellers rather than buyers.
Indeed, @YumGo has certainly been successful in its provision for the latter group, having already gained more than 1,000 Twitter followers and Facebook page fans, in addition to gaining more than 10,000 visits to its website in its first month online.
The new service, however, allows the seller to tweet to @YumGo to list their Twitter deal. The advantages to the seller compared to alternatives are numerous: there is no download or registration required, and nor does it result in any 'spam'. The service is also completely free, and gives the seller exposure to the UK's 6 million plus Twitter users.
Listing daily deals with @YumGo
All that sellers need to do to get the relationship underway is to follow @YumGo on Twitter. @YumGo will then follow back straight away, making it possible for the seller to send a direct message to @YumGo with the details of their voucher and the hashtag #addyumgo. The seller can also make their listing a location-based one by sending their location, using the hashtags #loc and postcode #PC.
So in summary, to add a voucher code via direct message, a seller can simply send a message such as 'pizza gateway, sunday lunch fixed price £5 with voucher code yumgo123 #loc_reading #PC_rg68ht #yumgo', to have their listing communicated by @YumGo to its rapidly and continually expanding list of Twitter followers.
As soon as the listing is sent to @YumGo, it will verify and add the listing to its database and direct message the seller a unique code that it can used to modify or withdraw its listing at any time. Sellers that wish to delete their listing, for example, simply need to direct message @YumGo with their unique code surrounded by the '' signs, and followed by the hashtag #delyumgo.
