1. Nozoki Ana
Tatsuhiko Kido is a college student who has moved to a new apartment to attend art school in Tokyo after living in the countryside. He finds a hole in his apartment wall after moving in and sees a young girl named Emiru Ikuno in the other room playing by herself.
Emiru catches him and blackmails him through the hole to show each other their private lives. And that’s how, with the two of them peeping at each other, his new life begins and how their relationship grows slowly.
2. Kono S wo, Mi yo! Cupid no Itazura
Rin is seriously confused about the strange-looking tattoo-like birthmark on his bottom. His childhood friend Makoto made fun of it when he was a child, which left him traumatized by his birthmark, lasting until adulthood.

Suddenly, Kurusu Kimihito finds himself living with Miia, a Lamia, put upon him by Agent Smith, the interspecies exchange coordinator. After that, only with the addition of several other species does the list of residents expand. However, making interspecies procreation is against the interspecies exchange rule. Hachimitsu Private Academy, situated on Tokyo’s outskirts, is an esteemed and elite all-female boarding school that has become co-ed, enabling male applicants. Kiyoshi Fujino is one of five boys to be admitted, but to his horror, the only male students in the former all-girls school are him and the other four.
Since the boys are similar to thousands of girls on campus, they try to peer into a girls’ bath. The scheme, however, goes wrong, and the Underground Student Council gets them arrested. His uncle fell ill one day and was hospitalized. When he’s searching for an insurance card from his uncle, he ends up going to the storehouse. Consequently, summoning a demon who says that any wish Yuu desires can be given. And so, with one free wish, he asks her to be his girlfriend. Now, what appears in human clothes in front of Yuu is Chiyo, a demon who is Yuu’s older sister at the moment.
7. Yuragi-sou no Yuuna-san-sou (Yuuna and the Haunted Hot Springs)
Kogarashi Fuyuzora is a student who is broke and homeless with a supernatural ability to connect with ghosts. It caused him nothing but problems back in his youth. Kogarashi wants to start living an everyday life after finding a way to battle these ghosts and search for a place to stay.
Fortunately, he built an onsen called Yuragi-sou, which is now a meager-rented boarding house. Soon after his arrival, he learns that the onsen is populated by the spirit of a young girl named Yuuna. Kogarashi becomes friends with Yuuna and decides to assist her in moving on to the afterlife. He also hears about Yuragi-other sou’s female tenants and their supernatural secrets.
