Pelham, AL (PressExposure) November 01, 2011 -- eWeddingAssistant, an online wedding planner to guide you through the wedding planning process, has launched a new website with a suite of tools to help the bride plan and organize her wedding.
The tools on eWeddingAssistant are designed to be accessed from any computer with an internet connection. Storing your wedding planning information in this online tool allows you to access your data from anywhere, while keeping your information protected and secure.
Brian Sneed designed the wedding planning tools along with assistance from his wife, Jenny. While planning their own wedding, they used multiple spread sheets for guest lists and budget tools. They were often frustrated by the difficulty in sharing their spreadsheets with family and friends who were helping in the planning process, without creating multiple drafts of the same document. They found useful tools on several different websites, but not one site that had everything they needed. They also wanted to be able focus on their planning in a venue that was free from advertisement.
eWeddingAssistant provides a complete suite of tools including a Guest List Manager, To Do List, Calendar, Gifts Manager, Contact Manager, Budget Tool and much more. eWeddingAssistant.com distinguishes itself from other planning tools by being a simple, comprehensive online site that provides all the tools needed to plan a wedding.
"Brides today are more interested than ever in planning their own weddings" said Brian Sneed founder of eWeddingAssistant.com. "At the same time, wedding planning is more complex than ever. We wanted our clients to be able to sign up for our site and immediately get started."
One of the great features of eWeddingAssistant.com is its flexibility. You can customize the number and type of wedding related events (such as showers, rehearsal dinner, and bridesmaid's luncheon). You can use your master wedding guest list to send addresses to your party hosts and allow them to track RSVPs directly on the site. You are not limited to the traditional set of events for a wedding. You can plan your wedding based on your needs.
With the growing complexity of planning a wedding, today's brides need help organizing and streamline the process. This tool allows brides to assign other users to have access to their planning information, on an as needed basis. The bride can allow her mother to see and edit 100% of the information, while only allowing her future mother-in-law to see the guest list (but not the budget). Each shower host can be granted access to information pertaining to their shower. Further more, that access can to limited to view only or full access including edit.
"We realize that some brides are going to know exactly how to get started planning " said Sneed. "Others are going to be lost in all the information available. Our tools are designed to benefit both types of planners. The information is informative enough for an experienced planner and yet simple enough for the novice to get started."
eWeddingAssistant is looking to build upon the positive feedback they have received from the launch of their site by continually adding useful tools and adapting to feedback from the brides that use the tool.
